| As part of our strategy process we have carried out a thorough SWOT-Analysis looking at the relative strengths and weaknesses of our client in the relative markets. An external analysis among relevant institutional investors, and multipliers (such as investment consultants and media representatives) assisted in getting insights into the perception of the people involved in the venture but also in getting a better overview of investors´ and investment consultants´ needs. Our third analytic pillar, i.e. our unique market intelligence that is updated daily, provided the deep knowledge of the individual markets and their market representatives. We guided our client visually through the relevant target groups (and the ecosystem maps of the individual countries) and looked for the greatest match between our clients and the existing investor, intermediary, and investment consultant groups in the respective markets. |
| The comprehensive analysis not only contributed to the development of thorough goals and respective target group specific strategies but also led to a clear differentiation and positioning of the entity including the development of the organization´s corporate identity (including the trade mark). Today we are involved in implementing the measures holistically and manage a network of partners including lawyers, IT experts, graphic and design specialists and others to achieve the goals set. We hereby also provide our client with our ongoing market intelligence to track the changes among relevant target groups and the environment in the respective markets in a detailed manner. |
